You can clean this balls with warm water and dish soap (not hand soap !).
We recommand after the use of a toycleaner which you let them air dry. They improve the cleaning and kills 99,9 % of all bactarias, viruses and germs. If you buy the toycleaner together with the balls, you save 40 % and more.
